Sweaters
My latest obsession is knitting sweaters from the top down. What I find most amazing is that when you reach the point you are ready to join the sleeves it fits you perfectly! There is no need to worry. You can try it on as you go. Each individual knitter can have a sweater that fits great and no worry about how it will turn out. Wraps
Scarves, shawls, wraps – what ever your desire, wraps are great items to have in your wardrobes. Practical, fancy, warm – I love them all. They do take more time to knit than most sweaters, but they are worth the every bit of effort and time.
Felting
Felting is addictive. It can help but inspire creativity and spur excitement to see the finished product. Before I started writing my patterns down, I delved into a whole world of felted purses and bags. It was grand! It is a perfect venue for a beginning knitter. Knitting mistakes vanish in the wash! Beads, bobbles, needle felting with roving and other crafts create endless possibilities.
Misc.
Socks, hats, scarves, bags, holiday projects, etc. Too much yarn, too little time.......
